The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is the shared universe that is the setting of the superhero films independently produced by Marvel Studios based on the superheros from Marvel Comics like Iron Man, Captain America and more.
SamBucky
SamBucky is the non-canonical ship of Sam Wilson (Falcon / Captain America) and Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier). Sam and Bucky first met in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, where they were on opposite sides. They met again in Captain America: Civil War, where they reluctantly fought on the same side. They once again interact in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, where their snarky antagonism seems to have largely died down, which is replaced by a newly formed friendship and trust. Sam and Bucky team up again in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
The pairing has existed for some time, starting after the release of Civil War, as the two actually interact with each other in that movie. The Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier has increased the ships popularity, as their relationship is in the spotlight.

Lokius
Lokius is the non-canonical ship of Loki and Mobius. Loki and Mobius meet when Loki is brought to the TVA, because of a nexus event. Instead of letting this variant of Loki be killed, Mobius asks for his help in tracking down another variant of Loki. The two grow close during that cooperation. This close relationship is made more apparent in season 2, where the two work together to save the TVA. Loki himself acknowledged that Mobius has changed him, as he saw something in Loki that no one else had before.
Lokius became popular very quickly with the release of season 1 of the Loki series, with season 2 gaining even more fans, as their relationship is more the focal point and their relationship is shown to be a very caring one. Loki and Mobius bicker like an old married couple throughout the second season.

Ironstrange
Ironstrange is the non-canonical ship of Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Stephen Strange (Doctor Strange). Tony Stark and Doctor Strange met for the first time during Avengers: Infinity War, when the two fight together. Stephen and Tony, together with Peter Parker, find themselves away from Earth and need to learn to trust each other. As both characters are rather arrogant and have a big ego, their interactions are quite amusing. The two are once again on the same side in Avengers: Endgame when they fight for Earth's survival.
While the Ironstrange ship had existed since the release of Doctor Strange, this canon interaction gave the ship a new burst of popularity and brought new fans to the pairing.

Thor & Loki
Thor and Loki's relationship is one of the most important aspects of the Thor movies. They grew up as brothers until Loki discovered the truth about his heritage. After this discovery, Loki gets angry and looses his way and tries to betray Thor, but he ultimately found his way back to his adopted brothers side.
